Mr. Arnab Mukherjee, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that talk of compromise is going on with the Bank, as such his client is not willing to press the writ petition. He files written instruction of his client to the said effect.

In view of such stand of the petitioner, WPA 2296 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn, there shall be no order as to costs.
