The petitioner claims to have submitted an application for general transfer on medical ground to a school near to the residence of the petitioner before the Chairman, Jalpaiguri DPSC.

The grievance of the petitioner is that till date no decision on such application has been communicated to the petitioner.

Without entering into the merits of the claim made in the representation dated September 1, 2025, this writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, being the respondent no. 3, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated September 1, 2025 which is annexed at page 17 of the writ petition and to dispose of the same in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order along with a copy of the representation dated September 1, 2025.
