Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. This case is a counter blast of the complaint lodged by present petitioner against the husband of the defacto complainant.

Upon perusing the statement of the victim girl and considering the fact that the victim girl refused medical examination, this Court is of the view that as the investigation is completed and there is no reasonable apprehension of abscondence, in the interest of justice, the petitioner should be granted anticipatory bail. I, therefore, allow the prayer made by the petitioner.

Hence, it is ordered petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions that the petitioner shall meet the officer-in-charge of the concerned police station where he is residing and shall not meet the victim girl or persons acquainted with the facts of the case and attend the court on all dates fixed. 6.
