1. The petitioner prays for confirmation of the interim bail which was granted on November 8, 2024 by a Coordinate Bench. The Coordinate Bench finding that the petitioner was in custody for more than 5 years and 8 months and there was no scope for conclusion of trial had granted the interim bail on the touchstone of Article 21 of the Constitution of India.

2. Learned advocate for the State submits that the petitioner is complying with the conditions and there is no adverse report.

3. Under such circumstances, the interim bail is confirmed.

4. The petitioner has already furnished the bond. The other conditions shall remain operative.
