This is an allegation under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is absconding and warrant of proclamation of arrest has been issued against him.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and strong incriminating materials and also considering the seriousness of offence, we are not inclined to allow the application for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, CRM (A) 680 of 2022 is dismissed. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
