1. This is an application for relaxation of conditions for grant of anticipatory bail. The application is premature in view of the fact that the petitioners have not availed of the benefit granting anticipatory bail by an order dated November 7, 2024. They did not furnish any bail bond. The petitioners were already in Bangaluru for the treatment of the petitioner no. 1.

2. This application is disposed of without any further modification.

3. The petitioners are entitled to avail of the benefit of the order dated November 7, 2024, as and when they will return, but not later than February 28, 2025.
