The accused are charged of an allegation under Section 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Perused the case diary.

It is submitted by the learned advocate for the State that there are 14 chargesheeted witnesses and out of them eight have been examined. The case is now fixed on 20th November, for examination of the remaining witnesses.

On perusal of the materials on record and the case diary and considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, it transpired that the trial of the case has fairly

progressed, out of 14 witnesses, eight have already been examined and 20th of this month is fixed for examination of the remaining witnesses.

In such circumstances, it would not be proper to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage of trial.

Accordingly, the application for bail stands rejected. 7.

CRM (M) 307 of 2025 is thus disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
