Learned Advocates for the parties are present. 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. Allegations made in the petition are not maintainable. It is further submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the co-accused person from whom there was recovery is already on bail and the prayer for anticipatory bail made by the petitioner be considered. 3.

Upon perusing the materials available in the case diary and considering the facts that there is no recovery from the petitioner and co-accused whom there was recovery is already on bail, in the interest of justice, the petitioner shall be granted anticipatory bail. I, therefore, allow the prayer made by the petitioner.

Hence, it is ordered that petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions that the petitioner shall meet the officerin-charge of the concerned police station where he is residing and shall not leave the jurisdiction of the court and attend the court on all dates fixed.
