Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we do not find merit in this application for anticipatory bail and accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail being CRM(A) 792 of 2023 is rejected. It is to be recorded that on earlier occasion on the similar facts and circumstances, petitioner did not press this application and no any development took place after the earlier order of this Court.
