The petitioner seeks modification of condition of anticipatory bail imposed upon him directing him to meet the investigating officer thrice a week.

Learned counsel for the State submits that nothing adverse has been reported against the petitioner.

Investigation is still in progress.

In view of the above, the condition of anticipatory bail be modified to the extent that the petitioner shall meet the investigating officer once in a fortnight till submission of charge sheet. The other conditions shall remain unaltered. The application being CRAN 1 of 2026 is disposed of. (Suvra Ghosh, J.)
