1. The petitioner does not appear to have been specifically named by any of the co-accused and the principal accused having been found within the country without proper documents of entry.

2. The petitioner is stated to be an e-rickshaw owner.

3. It is not clear whether the petitioner was the driver of the said e-rickshaw or not. The charge-sheet has already been submitted and the principal accused is in custody.

4. In the backdrop of the above, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed.

5. It is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer upon furnishing a Bond of Rs.10,000/-

with two sureties of Rs.5,000/- each, one of whom must be local.

6. This order is subject to the conditions laid down in sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

7. The Case Diary be returned.

8. C.R.M. (A) No. 800 of 2023 is allowed and disposed of.
