Learned Advocate for the petitioners submit that there are no specific allegations against these petitioners. Upon completion of investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. She seeks for grant of anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioners.

Learned Advocate for the State, opposing such prayer for anticipatory bail, submits that in the incident the victim sustained grievous injuries. There are specific allegations against these petitioners. He seeks for dismissal of the application for anticipatory bail.

Perused the case diary and the materials on record. 4.

The victim implicates these petitioners of assaulting him on the date of incident. The injury report shows that the victim sustained lacerated injury, which is grievous in nature. Considering the materials as above and the nature and gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioners. 5.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

The application being CRM (A) 777 of 2025 stands dismissed.
