The petitioner is aggrieved by alleged inaction on the part of the School Authority. The school in question is a private school, neither aided nor controlled by the Government.

Learned advocate representing the school raises a preliminary objection with regard to the maintainability of the writ petition before this Court.

Upon hearing the petitioner, it appears that he has not been able to satisfy as to how the writ jurisdiction of the Court can be invoked in the present facts and circumstances.

The petitioner may seek remedy under the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

No relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
