1. The petitioner renews his prayer for bail on merits which was rejected on August 14, 2024. We do not find any significant change in circumstances which would persuade us to entertain the petitioner's prayer for bail.

2. CRM (DB) 516 of 2024 is dismissed.

3. However, since the petitioner is in custody for over 200 days, we request the learned Trial court to expedite the trial to the extent possible and conclude the same at an early date.

4. Let this order be communicated by the parties to the learned Court below.
