Mr. Debjit Kundu ....for the petitioner It has been pointed out that there are certain typographical errors in the order dated October 31, 2025. In paragraph 2 of the said order it was wrongly recorded that the wife of the petitioner was a Gram Panchayat Karmee whereas the petitioner was herself a Gram Panchayat Karmee. In the second page of the said order the direction passed upon the Treasury Officer to pay interest of gratuity and arrear family pension. It is recorded that the interest shall be paid on gratuity and arrear pension and not on arrear family pension.

Let such errors be rectified. This order shall form part of the order dated October 31, 2025.
