1. The petitioner prays for anticipatory bail on the ground that he had not abetted the alleged offence. He was in love with the victim.

2. Learned advocate for the de facto complainant opposes the prayer of the petitioner.

3. Learned advocate for the State has handed over the CD. Considering the materials in the CD, including the details of the call records, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

5. The application is, thus, disposed of.
