The application for anticipatory bail is sought on the basis of an incident occurred in course of recent Panchayat Election. 2.

This Court has carefully considered the injury reports. Each of the reports indicates that the injuries are simple in nature.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.

In the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a Bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of

Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further conditions that the petitioners shall meet the investigating officer as and when required until further orders and they shall appear before the court below and pray for regular bail within a fortnight from date. 5.
