Mr. Ujjwal Luksom, Ms. Namrata Das ...for the State The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners has pointed out certain typographical errors in the order dated 15.12.2025.

Office is directed to rectify the following errors:

1. The words „and others‟ be added after the name of Indira @ Indu Gazmer @ Lamgaday in the cause title;

2. The word „petitioners‟ be inserted in place and stead of the word „petitioner‟ as appearing in the cause title, in the first and eighth line of the second paragraph, in the third and fourth paragraphs, in the second and seventh line of the fifth paragraph, in the first line of the sixth paragraph;

3. The word „petitioner no.1‟ be inserted in place and stead of the word „petitioner‟ as appearing in the second and fifth line of the second paragraph;

4. The names „Pradip Gazmer and Ashit Gazmer‟ be inserted after the name of „Indira @ Indu

Gazmer @ Lamgaday‟ in the second line of the fifth paragraph;

5. The word „fail‟ be inserted in place and stead of the word „fails‟ and the word " petitioners' " be inserted in place and stead of the word "petitioner‟s " in the first and fourth line of the sixth paragraph respectively.

The above rectifications shall be deemed to have been incorporated in the order dated 15th December, 2025.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
