Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioners along with another were granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 12th November, 2024 subject to conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and directing them to meet the Officer in charge/Inspector in charge of the jurisdictional police station twice a week until further orders. Learned counsel for the petitioners herein seeks modification of the said order since charge sheet has been submitted.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions of bail

imposed upon them and there is no adverse report against them.

In view of the above, this Court is inclined to hold that since charge sheet has been submitted, bail condition directing the petitioners to meet the Officer in charge/Inspector in charge of the jurisdictional police station twice a week until further orders be waived. However, the other conditions of bail shall continue.

The application being CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
