Counsel for the respective parties are present. The petitioner is aggrieved that her application for transfer has been rejected on the ground that he is the only teacher (single teacher) for the subject being placed in the concerned school.

The Counsel for the respondent submits that the District Inspector of School will consider with regard to the transfer of petitioner, if any alternative arrangement is available.

In view of the submission made by the Counsel for the respondent, the impugned order is set aside. The respondent no. 4 is directed to consider the application of the petitioner for transfer afresh by making necessary enquiry for

alternative arrangement within four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. If necessary the respondent no.4 shall give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

WPA No. 2924/2022 is thus disposed of.
