The petitioner is a charge-sheeted accused. He is in custody since 23rd May, 2023. Charge was framed on 6th September, 2023. Learned Advocate for the petitioner prays for bail on any condition on the ground of prolonged detention. 2.
Learned Advocate for the State submits that this is a fit case for custodial trial. Allegations are serious in nature. 3.
At this stage, we do not find it proper to release the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer of bail is rejected.

Accordingly, CRM (DB) 580 of 2023 is dismissed. 5.
However, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible.
