Mr. Sandip Ghosh Choudhury Mr. Soumyajit Laskar ....for the petitioner Mr. Hirak Barman Mr. Bikash Singha ....for the State Mr. Sunit Kumar Roy ....for the SSC Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record. The petitioner has prayed for transfer on the ground of long distance.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the school authority has already given their No Objection for transfer of the petitioner. However, the school authority has not forwarded the said application to the concerned District Inspector of Schools.

The learned advocate for the State submits that unless the papers are forwarded to the District Inspector of Schools no steps can be taken by such authority.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the school authority has been duly served.

After hearing the learned advocates for the respective parties, WPA 2180 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the Headmaster/Teacher-in-Charge (H.S.), Gosanimari, DistrictCoochbehar being the respondent No.6 to forward the application of the petitioner praying for transfer to the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Coochbehar, who shall upon receipt of the papers from the school authority forward such application to the respondent No.4 within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt. The Secretary, West Bengal Central School Service Commission being the respondent No.4 is directed to take appropriate steps upon receipt of the necessary papers as expeditiously as possible but positively within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of the papers from the District Inspector of Schools.
