Petitioner Mr. Arijit Ghosh Mrs. Angana Rakshit Mrs. Sudipa Ghosh ... for the Petitioner Mr. Aditi Shankar Chakraborty Mr. Biswarup Roy ...for the State Petitioner was released on bail by an order passed on November 11, 2024 subject to condition that he shall meet the Investigating Officer of the case twice a week until further orders. The petitioner seeks relaxation of the said condition.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed upon him and there is no adverse report against him. Investigation is in progress.

In view of the above, the bail condition imposed upon the petitioner is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a month till submission of charge sheet. However, the other conditions of bail shall continue.

CRAN No. 1 of 2025 is disposed of accordingly. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
