The petitioner says that he has been falsely implicated. There is a counter case instituted by the petitioner's family against the defacto complainant of this case. The defacto complainant of this case specifically abused the petitioner's minor daughter. To protect his daughter, the petitioner retaliated.
The petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Opposing the prayer, learned State Advocate draws our attention to the material in the case diary. We have seen the statements of witnesses recorded under Section 161
Cr.P.C. We have seen the injury report. The injury sustained by the victim is grievous.
3.
In view of the aforesaid and keeping in mind that investigation is going on and charge sheet is yet to be filed, we are not inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail.
