Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 Learned counsel for the State has filed a report of Md Safiqul Islam, Sub-Inspector of Police, Phansidewa Police Station, District- Darjeeling, let it be kept with the record. Learned counsel submits that as per report petitioner Uttam Sahrma @ Uttam Kumar Sharma has been reporting before the Officer-in-Charge, Md Safiqul Islam fortnightly basis. Learned counsel for the petitioner has sought relaxation of this condition on account of family circumstance. Taking into account the report of Officer-in-Charge, Md Safiqul Islam, the bail condition was imposed vide order dated 11th November, 2024 is relaxed only to the extent that the petitioner shall not liable to report to the Officer-in-Charge of
the Phansidewa Police Station once in a fortnight. The remaining contents shall remain the same.
The application being CRAN 1 of 2025 is thus disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, duly applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all usual requisite formalities.
