It has been submitted by Mr. Agarwal that in the order dated November 4, 2025 no time limit has been fixed for depositing the additional 15%. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the additional 15% as directed to be deposited as pre-deposit has already been deposited on November 6, 2025 and an application has been filed on that date for bringing on record of such fact. Since the additional amount on account of pre-deposit has already been deposited there is no necessity to fix any further time limit for depositing the said additional amount. It is recorded that Mr. Bishwaraj Agarwal learned advocate assisted Mr. Dilip Kumar Agarwal on November 4, 2025. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
