Inadvertent typographical errors had crept into the order dated 20.01.2025.

In the order dated 20.01.2025 the name of the advocate for the petitioner be read as 'Mr. Prajnadeepta Roy' in place and stead of 'Mr. Prajhadeepta Roy'.

Furthermore, in the 6th paragraph of the 2nd page the words 'learned Judge, Special Court under the NDPS Act, 2nd Court, Jalpaiguri' be read as 'learned Judge, Special Court under the NDPS Act, 1st Court, Jalpaiguri'.

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. 5.

Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
