We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner promised to marry the victim girl and cohabited with her. Thereafter, he retracted. As a result, the victim committed suicide.

In view of the aforesaid materials on record and the nature of offence we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
