Heard the Learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as the State. The instant application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the Learned Trial Court in Misc. Execution Case No. 18 of 2024 within 15 days to day. Till then the order dated 8th August, 2024 shall remain suspended. In case if the petitioner do not appear before the Trial Court within 21st November, 2024. The order dated 8th August, 2024 shall revive.
