Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor.

Perused the case diary. The nature of offence is grave in nature. We find that the trial is in progress and only the Investigating Officer is required to be examined.

In light of the above facts, we are not inclined to exercise discretion in his favour. As such, his prayer for bail is refused. The application for bail being CRM(DB) 440 of 2022, is accordingly, dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to consider charge within three months from date.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
