1. The application for bail is made on the ground that the charge-sheet has already been submitted and the other co-accused person has been granted statutory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

2. This Court has very carefully considered the statements of the victim under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The statements are to say the least startling and shocking.

3. Be that as it may, since trafficking of girls is a heinous offence and extremely prevalent in this part of the State, this Court is not inclined to entertain the application for bail.

4. C.R.M. (DB) No. 605 of 2023 is, thus, dismissed.
