..for petitioners The instant application is filed against the Order dated 20.09.2024 whereby the Learned Trial Court kept the application of the petitioners /plaintiffs, filed under Order 5 Rule 20 of C.P.C. pending.

The sum and substance of argument of the Learned Counsel is that in a previous Order it was noted by the Court that there was wrong address although the fact is not so.

The matter may be agitated before the Learned Trial Court where the application under Order 5 Rule 20 of C.P.C. is kept pending.

The instant Revision Application is disposed of with a direction to the Learned Trial Court to

expedite hearing of the application filed under Order 5 Rule 20 of C.P.C..

Copy of this Order may be forthwith communicated to the Learned Trial Court namely, Civil Judge (Senior Division) Kurseong. (SUGATO MAJUMDAR, J.)
