1. The application for bail is made on the ground that the trial has substantially been completed. The charges have been framed under Sections 302/324/326/34 of the IPC.

2. The trial has reached its stage of completion and only one witness remains to be examined on behalf of the prosecution. The next date is fixed on October 10, 2023. The petitioner is in custody for more than 3 years.

3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. CRM (DB) 611 of 2023 shall stand dismissed.

5. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
