2. Criminal antecedents and the gravity of the offences are the grounds on which cancellation of bail is sought for.

3. Affidavit of service filed in Court be taken on record.

4. State is represented.

5. None appears for the private respondent.

6. It appears from the records that there is a civil suit relating to an immovable property pending between the private parties.

7. Disputes between the private parties appear to be civil in nature.

8. No ground for cancellation of the bail exists.

9. Accordingly, CRM(M) No.322 of 2025 is dismissed. (Debangsu Basak, J.)
