Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Perused the case diary and other materials on record. On such hearing and on perusal of the record we are of the view that it is not a fit case for granting bail to the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C.. Consequently, prayer for bail of the petitioner is thus turned down and accordingly, this application being CRM 858 of 2023 is rejected.
