Case No. 134 of 2021 dated 16.11.2021 under Sections 376(2)(n)/506 of the IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act.

Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. We have considered the record and particularly the record from the Trial Court from which it appears that trial has already been commenced and it is evident from record and considering this aspect, we are not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner except directing the learned Special Judge (under POCSO Act), 2nd Court, Jalpaiguri to conclude the trial as expeditiously and preferably within six months. CRM 616 of 2023 is disposed of.
