2. This is an application for restoration of WPA 2248 of 2025. The said writ petition was dismissed for default on November 24, 2025.

3. Upon perusing the explanations given in paragraphs 4, 5 and 6, the Court is satisfied that the petitioner was prevented by sufficient cause from attending the Court when the matter was dismissed for default.

4. Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2025 is allowed and disposed of. The order dated November 24, 2025 is recalled.

5. The writ petition is restored to its original file and number.

6. Let the matter be placed before the next available circuit Bench.
