1. This is the 3rd application for bail where charges have been framed under Sections 363/365 of the IPC read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

2. The victim girl was years and the accused/petitioner is just 22 years old.

3. This Court has very carefully considered the statements of the victim under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C. and also the entire case diary. The trial has commenced and the next date is fixed for evidence of the victim girl.

4. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. CRM (DB) 618 of 2023 shall stand dismissed.

6. The trial shall be expedited.

7. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
