2. The writ petition is not maintainable in view of the alternative forum. The dispute resolution clause contains an arbitration agreement. It also appears that pre-arbitration mechanism has been provided in the agreement entered into between the parties.

3. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.

4. The writ petition is disposed of.

5. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
