1. Learned advocate for the petitioner and learned advocate for the opposite party/State of West Bengal are present.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. This is an application for modification of the order dated 12.11.2024 and confirmed on 21.01.2025, under which the petitioner was required to attend Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station once in a fortnight, until further orders. The petitioner has prayed for relaxation of the condition with regard to attending the police station.

4. Learned advocate for the opposite party/State of West Bengal submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition.

5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition to report to the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station once in a fortnight until further orders stands waived. The other condition of the orders dated 12.11.2024 and 21.01.2025 shall remain unaltered.
