In the 4th line of 3rd paragraph of the order dated 20.01.2025 the words 'satisfaction of the Arresting Officer' be read as 'satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/ learned Judge, Special Court under the POCSO Act at Jalpaiguri'. 3.

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. 4.

Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
