It is seen from the report filed by the State that the compensation which is prayed for in respect of the land purchased by the petitioner has already been paid to the vendor of the petitioner prior to the sale by which the petitioner claims to entitle to compensation as owner of the property.

This Court finds that the petitioner has again prayed for an accommodation and has not placed the instruction as was directed to be placed before this Court.

The writ application having no merit stands dismissed.
