Learned advocate for the petitioner prays for anticipatory bail. He submits that the petitioner's name has transpired from the statement of the co-accused. He submits that the charge-sheet has been submitted.

Learned advocate for the State vehemently opposes the prayer of the petitioner and produces the case diary. It is the prosecution case that huge quantity of brown sugar has allegedly been recovered from the associate of the petitioner. Though charge-sheet has been submitted, but in such cases, the possibility of filing supplementary charge-sheet cannot be ruled out. Considering this aspect, we are not inclined to grant the prayer of the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of.
