Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor.

Perused the case diary and the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and other documents. Considering the seriousness of offence, we are not inclined to exercise discretion in his favour. As such, his prayer for bail is refused. The application for bail being CRM(DB) 445 of 2022, is accordingly, dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to consider the charges within a period of one month from date.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
