Ms. Sah, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that she has instructions to pray for withdrawal of the writ petition inasmuch as the respondent No. 2 has released the petitioner's goods along with vehicle and the petitioner is desirous of availing the appellate remedy under Section 107 of the WBGST Act, 2017/CGST Act, 2017. She hands up to Court a print out of e-mail dated December 9, 2025 sent to her by Ajay Goods Carrier in support of her contention and seeks liberty to avail the appellate remedy under Section 107 of the WBGST Act, 2017/CGST Act, 2017.

As prayed for, WPA 2310 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to
approach before the appellate forum under Section 107 of the said Act of 2017, if so advised.
