The petitioner seeks correction of the order dated 25th March, 2026 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in C.R.M. (M) 337 of 2025.

In the fifth line of paragraph eight on the second page of the order dated 25th March, 2026, the expression "Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Siliguri" shall stand corrected to read as "Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Siliguri".

The rest of the order 25th March, 2026 remains unaltered.

Department is directed to take necessary steps for correction of the aforesaid order.

The application being CRAN 1 of 2026 is disposed of. 6.
