1. Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail on the ground of false implication.

2. Learned counsel for the State produces the case diary and opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

3. We have perused the case diary and the nature of the allegation. Considering the materials in the case diary, we are of the view that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not necessary. The benefit of Section 482 of the BNSS corresponding to Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. can be extended to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of equal amount, to the

satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS corresponding to Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and on further condition that the petitioner shall meet the investigating officer once in a fortnight until further orders.
