1. On hearing the learned advocates representing the petitioners and State respondents it appears that the issue involved in this writ petition comes under the ambit of the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955 and record of rights prepared in connection with the land in question.

2. This Court finds that the writ petition at this stage before the High Court is not maintainable.

3. Hence, writ petition stands dismissed.

4. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioners to approach the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal (WBLRTT) on self same cause of action.
