The petitioner has filed this review application but essentially seeks correction of the order passed by this Court on September 10, 2025. Hence, the review application is not entertained. The office report has thus become irrelevant. The court finds an ex facie mistake in the order which requires correction.

In paragraph three of page number two of the order dated September 10, 2025, the expression "the learned Registrar will encash the amount and disburse the amount equally by issuing four separate cheques in favour of the appellants/claimants", shall be deleted and shall be replaced by the following:-

"The learned Registrar will encash the amount and disburse the same as per the order dated 20.06.2024, passed by a co-ordinate Bench, which is quoted below:- the learned Registrar will encash the amount and disburse 50% of the amount in favour of Sakhina Khatun, wife of late Fhajalul @ Fajbul Haque Rahaman and remaining 50% of the amount shall be disbursed equally amongst the appellant nos. 2, 3 and 4, namely, Safiyar Rahaman @ Sapiyar Rahaman, Nurnahar Begam and Mamata Begam, respectively. All the payments shall be made through the account payee cheques"

Remaining part of the order dated September 10, 2025 shall remains unaltered.

Department is directed to do the needful.

With the above observations, the review application and CAN 1 of 2025 are accordingly disposed of. Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
