Learned advocate representing Staterespondents has filed affidavit in opposition and same is taken on record. However, it has been submitted on behalf of the State-respondents that State authorities do not have objection if the writ petition is withdrawn.

In view of aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
